Dear Sir/Madam, this is regarding about my friend Kumar's daughter named Ms. Varshini who is suffering from a very rare genetic blood disorder disease called Thalassemia Major syndrome. She is suffering from  this blood disorder from last 14years. She got this diagnosed at her yound age of 6months. Her father is a mere Labourer who keeps working as mason, carpenter & electrical helper to meet his family daily needs. From last 14years he has spent lakhs of all his hard earned money towards her treatment for transfusion of blood every month to make her survive in life. Now as per the doctor advise the best permanent treatment for her is to make an surgery. She has undergo Allogeneric peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT). Luckily she has got an HLA matched stem cell donor. The estimated cost of this PBSCT at this Christian Medical college Hospital-Vellore is quoted INR14.00Lakhs (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Only). Her parents have been struggling from last several months to arrange this amount. The doctor has advised that this surgery has to be done as early as possible.
