Baby was born as preterm (28 weeks) with very low birth weight of 1.03 kg on 18.09.2017 by SVD. Baby was diagnosed as preterm (28 weeks) / RDS/HMD/ culture negative sepsis/ Hs PDA/Apnea of prematurity/ Anemia of prematurity/ Right side grade 2 and left side grade 1 IVH/ unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia. Baby was treated with mechanical ventilator support, surfactant, IV fluids, IV antibiotics, phototherapy and preterm care. On day 47 of life baby developed bilateral inguinal Hernia for which baby underwent bilateral inguinal herniotomy.  Now Baby not tolerating feeds. At present baby hemo dynamically stable, maintaing saturation.
