Ramya, a eight years old girl suffering from liver failure, her father is a normal auto driver whose income is very less, which is not even sufficient for their daily expenses, his wife is a daily wage Labour, their daughter got liver disease, she need a surgery which is very expensive, his income is not even sufficient  for the diagnostic tests ,they didn't have any financial support, he sold his home for his daughter's diagnostic tests
Doctors confirmed that ramya's liver had failed she need liver transplant, her mother radhika came forward to give her liver to her daughter, but for surgery they need 25lakhs ,they approached CM office with the help of their constitution MLA, from CM relief fund they got 15lakhs ,now they need 10 Lakh to start the surgery,already he spend up-to 3lakhs for tests by solding their home, now he has nothing to spend, so Srinivas rao need help to save daughter
