Baby Eswaran was diagnosed with PUV ( Posterior urethral valve) at newborn stage causing him poor stream of Urine. He has undergone multiple operations starting from infant stage which made him very sick.At present he is on vesicostomy ( An opening from the bladder to the abdomen just below the belly button. This opening lets urine drain from the bladder). Due to the continuous leakage of urine  he is refused with schooling so far. He has now planned for Augumentation, Reimplantation amd Mitrofanoff. The cost of the procedure is approx 1.5 Lakhs. His family comes from a poor socioeconomic status and need financial assistance.Please support the family to raise the funds for the operation. Thanks
