ಸವಿನಯದ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಗಳು.
ನನಗೆ ಮೂವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳು. ಮೊದಲನೆಯವನು(ಆಕಾಶ್) 12 ವರ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಳಿ(ಆದಿತ್ಯ,ಆರಾಧ್ಯ) ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ 4.5 ವರ್ಷಗಳು. ಆದಿತ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ 1 ತಿಂಗಳಿಂದ ದಿನವೂ ಜ್ವರ ಬರುತ್ತಲಿತ್ತು. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರೂ ಫಲಕಾರಿ ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಂದೆ, ಮಣಿಪಾಲದ KMC ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಮಗುವಿಗೆ Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅದನ್ನು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸಲು ಸುಮಾರು 4 ತಿಂಗಳು (ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ) + 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಗಲುವ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಸುಮಾರು 6 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು. ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಮೆ ಹಾಗು ಅರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಇರದ ನಮಗೆ ಸಹೃದಯಿಗಳ ಸಹಾಯದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ದೇವರ,ಗುರುಗಳ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಹಾಗೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹಾಯವು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಕಾಯುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ತಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ನನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಚಿರಋಣಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

Dear all,
Sub: Seeking helping hands for my son's treatment
I am from Udupi district Karnataka, working in a school in Gangolli. I have three children. The first son (Aakash) is 12 year old and twin (Aditya, Aradhya) being 4.5 years old. Aditya was suffering from fever for a month. We had to take my son to KMC Hospital in Manipal as he did not get well with medication at the local hospital. After all the examinations, the report showed that the child has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. It requires about 4 months (in the hospital) + 2 years treatment to cure. Treatment has begun last week for the same. The treatment cost is around Rs. 6 lakhs. We need help from kind donors as we do not have any medical insurance and health card. I and my family is thankful to all of you.
