Help Jasmin To Donate To UNHCR

Jasmin Naur Hafiz is  a class 12 th student  and an author, blogger, leader and more importantly a  humanist.

She is  a writer  and blogger since nine years  of age – She writes poems , short stories and other thought pieces and publishes in her blog  www.jasminnaur.blogspot.in

She is a very concerned person  about  social  and humanitarian issues both nationally and globally that accelerates the human suffering. She wishes to dedicate her future career  for the upliftment  of the poor and downtrodden.

Her collection of poems “ The Refuge” was published by the Write place- Crossword, Mumbai ( www.crosswordbookstores.com) and has been released by  Dr.Shashi Tharoor –an author of International repute and former UN Diplomat. Foreword   for the book was also written by Dr.Tharoor.The Refuge includes poems  published in the Economic and Political weekly, Madhyamam weekly etc.

One of her poems Refugees -Still We Remain has been presented  at   the International Refugee conference, Istanbul, Turkey in  September  2016,

Jasmin wishes to contribute all the sales proceedings from book to   the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) which works for the  welfare of he refugees and internally displaced across the  globe

 

Cover price for the book is  Rs 195 and every buyer / donor who contributes Rs 195 or more  will get an author signed  copy to their  address in India. She wishes to generate Rs 195000 through the sale  of her book , to contribute to he UNHCR
