I, Ashish Jadhav (36), have been suffering from Acute Decompansated Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation with fast Ventricular Rate and Severe Mitral Regurgitation for a long time. I am the only bread earner of my family of four, including my three-year-old daughter, aged mother and wife. I have been asked to undergo an open heart surgery to replace mitral valve. I had undergone the Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR) in December 2009. Now another surgery has been recommended to avoid permanent heart failure by my surgeon.
