My son Mr Anup GN was born normally. But over the last 6 years we noticed that he developed a slightly bent spine. We thought it would correct on its own, as he grew. But the magnitude of the scoliosis got worse and now it threatens his future. We were advised for brace in the past, but we did not get the treatment due to financial constraints. Currently my son is studying in his first year at engineering college. With great difficulty I am able to arrange for his yearly tuition fees.

At present he is not able to do his daily activities as he gets breathless on exertion. His scoliosis curve has now reached an angle of 70- degrees and threatens his breathing. We have been advised surgery of posterior fusion which will cost around five lakh rupees. But I cannot provide it for my son.We want to get his surgery done before the next semester, as he needs 4 to 6 weeks rest after the surgery.
