Anita takes care of stray dogs in Rohini Sector-25, pocket-1 to pocket-6 area.


At any given time she takes care of about 80 stray dogs, feeding them Pedigree dog food, dalia, wheat rotis, dog biscuits and milk.






Some of the dogs are injured (around 30) and need vet care, so she cares for their injury.











For serious cases Dr Sandeep makes home visits to treat them or in emergency cases Dr Channa in sector-7 treats the dogs. Some of the commonly used medicines and supplies are Neomac, Amoxy, de-mag powder, rabies injection, liver tonic, tick powder, and bandages and cotton.



The money raised would primarily be used for food supplies, vet bills and medical supplies she needs for their treatment.
Eventually Anita hopes to build a shelter for the dogs so that she can take better care of dogs, and provide a place for them to stay safe.
