In 2015, Ajay (a.k.a Anurag) felt little numbness and lack of control in one of his foot. He ignored assuming it was an insect bite or similar as he lived in the outskirts of a small city in India called Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh. He took few more days to discover that his legs cannot be controlled anymore and in a month’s time he was unable to walk. Ajay started consulting many doctors in different cities. A specialized hospital diagnosed him with a non-curable disease called MND (Motor Neuron Disorder). MND is a very rare and incurable group of conditions causing nerves in the spine and brain to progressively lose function. Ajay started some experimental treatment and side wise also tried Homeopathic and Aurvedic (Herbs) medications. 

In March 2017, Ajay started having breathing problems and visited a pulmonary specialist. The pulmonary specialist recommended buying an artificial respiratory machine for home use. As the machine became insufficient to his increasing problem, he was permanently admitted in the hospital in July 2017.
