Hello Everyone, I would like to share the updates related to Neha's current health conditions. In the last update, she supposed to go for Spine Surgery but unfortunately, her COVID19 tested positive. The doctor postponed her Spine Surgery and sent her to Home Quarantine for 2 weeks. During the Quarantine period, she started losing a sense of Urine and Motion. Suddenly she felt the symptoms of Paraplegia.
She lost muscle function in the lower half of the body, including both legs. The doctor said this condition can't be cured. So she had a complete Paraplegia. She is totally dependent on others to transfer her from bed to wheelchair. After then Doctor has planned to give Chemotherapy Drug  VAC to treat Tumor in the spine and Metastasis in both Lungs. She couldn't lay down either straight or both sides due to severe pain in the spine therefore she was just in a sitting position for a few weeks. Later on, we have found the reddened and darken the skin in the buttocks area. She had a Bed Sore. Few days she was taken dressing at home but her Bed Sore was growing so fast. She's been taken to AIIMS Hospital, Jodhpur. She is admitted to the hospital since 11th August 2020. She has been diagnosed with Grade 4 Bed Sore. She has been taken to Minor OT for removing the dead skin area and found that infections have spread to the muscles and bone. She's been passing through a couple of Major surgeries for Bed Sore and Ostomy Surgery(Temporary Colostomy diversion). She's been under General Surgeon, Plastic surgeon, Oncology department at AIIMS Hospital, Jodhpur. During the period Doctor has given her the first cycle of Chemotherapy too. She is fighting every single day. Having all in one's Bed Sore dressing, Spine pain, Bowel diversion pain Including side effects of Chemotherapy too. Plastic surgeons are ready to take her next week for another surgery to cover the wound by using a pad of her muscle, skin, or other tissue and cushion the affected bone(flap surgery), and also there will be a second cycle of Chemotherapy coming up too. Don't let her down as we all are her strength. So Please pray & support Neha and her family.

Also, Please Donate to give her a new life for the toughest and expensive treatment she's been going through.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your support

We were so happy once Neha's surgery was successfully done but don't know what God has decided. After two months of Surgery everything went well with us and especially with Neha who was stayed positive, good healing from surgery wound and prepared for Chemotherapy.
But all of a sudden unwelcome guest came in her life again.
Neha had a backache since last 10-11 days. We thought it might be a normal back pain but pain was increased. Then we followed up with our surgeon Dr. Chetan Anchan and advised to do X-Ray. X-Ray was normal but still she didn't get any relief from pain. After few days Doctor has suggested to do MRI with contrast of whole spine.
MRI report was showing there is a 3 cm Tumor growing on spine and also cancer spread in lungs too.

Here is Heartbroken news for us:
Doctor has informed this is bad development in her body.
Doctor suggested to do whole body CT scan to find out if cancer spread any other organs in her body or not.
Yesterday PET-CT scan been done and report was there are 8-10 few small nodular growing in both lungs from the disease and 3 cm Tumor shown in spine too.
Surgeon who has done surgery in Mumbai recommended his best colleague Doctor Mandeep Shah, Orthopaedic Oncologist surgeon in Ahmedabad. Neha is unable to travel back to Mumbai due to many Covid-19 cases.
We went to see Doctor Mandeep Shah in Ahmadabad with the all reports then he examined Neha. Doctor had a depth discussion with me regarding reports. Doctor has informed 40% paralysis effects started from the middle part of the body to Toe. She feel numbness in feet.
Doctor advised to do Surgery of spine to remove tumor in urgent basis otherwise fully chance to paralyzed from the middle part of body and also will loose sense of Urine and Motion.Doctor has clearly told this is Advanced Cancer Stage 4.
Then after will start 6 cycles of Chemotherapy as per current reports she required. We want to do everything for Neha's treatment. We are not in a position by financial, don't know what to do  in this case, doctor strongly suggested to do surgery in Ahmadabad and we don't have anyone in Ahmedabad to accommodate her during pre/post surgery for at least 15 days.

Doctor gave estimate of 4.75 lakh for the spine surgery.
We really need your suggestion and financial help too.

Please pray and help Neha and her family.
