I'm Sateesh and I'm posting this campaign on behalf of my close friend Ramesh Ravipati who has been recently diagnosed with critical illness.
Doctors confirmed that he has to undergo a transplantation surgery of both LUNGS and HEART as soon as possible.

Doctors confirmed that he has to undergo a transplantation surgery of both LUNGS and HEART as soon as possible.

He has no drinking or smoking habits, but he worked at stone crushers for few years and did not realize that the stone dust completely filled his lungs completely.
He was first diagnosed with this effect on lungs back in 2007 and has been on medication for last 9 years.
This January, his health deteriorated badly and his lower limbs (you can see it in the picture) started swelling with unbearable pain making him sleepless from past 3 months.
He has been admitted in Global Health city hospital in Chennai,India in first week of February and is currently undergoing treatment and being managed with medicines.
He already lost 16 kgs in 2 months and Doctors advised that this condition can only be managed for few weeks to couple of months before which the transplantation has to be done to save his life.
They are actively trying to find the organs and Ramesh family has been spending lot of money already on Treatment,tests,medication etc.
The whole process of organs sourcing to performing surgery and monitoring him post surgery etc would cost about 80 lacs INR, equivalent to $120,000 USD. Out of whcih 20 lacs has been collected from kind donations through friends, family and other well wishers. We still need 60 lacs to go and hence this campaign.
