में अर्जुन सिंह समंदर सिंह मेरी पत्नी ममता ठाकुर जिनकी डेथ 19 जून 2019 को भंडारी हॉस्पिटल इंदौर में हो गय थी पूरा परिवार इस गमगीन माहौल से उभरा भी नही था और एक महीने बाद ही मेरी बेटी कृतिका ठाकुर जिसकी तबियत खराब होने के कारण हम लोग इंदौर लेकर आए अरविंदो हॉस्पिटल में हमने इसको भर्ती करवाया जांच में पता चला की इसको गभीर बीमारी है जिसका नाम A Plastic Anemia डॉक्टर द्वारा बताया गया जिसका इलाज पिछले 4 महीनो से लगातार डॉक्टर चेतालकर द्वारा चल रहा है अब तक हम लोग 20 लाख रुपए हमारी जमीन बेचकर लगा चुके है डॉक्टर चेतालकर द्वारा बताया गया कि अब इसका एकमात्र इलाज बोन मेरो ट्रांसप्लांट हे जिसका खर्च और 20 लाख बताया गया है अब मेरे पास कुछ भी नही है कि में मेरी बेटी कृतिका का इलाज और आगे करवा पाउ अब तक के सारे इलाज की रिपोर्ट्स हमारे पास उपलब्ध है अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि कृतिका की जान बचाने में हमारा सहयोग करे
Translation in English: I'm Arjun Singh Samandar Singh, my wife Mamta Thakur died in Bhandari Hospital Indore on 19 June 2019, the whole family did not even emerge from this wretched environment and after a month my daughter Kritika Thakur whose health started to deteriorate. We got her admitted in the Arvindo Hospital and it was found that it is a serious disease named A Plastic Anemia by the doctor, whose treatment Doctor Chetalkar is running continuously from Hino till now, we have sold 20 lakh rupees by selling our land. It was told by Dr. Chetalkar that now the only treatment is bone marrow transplant, whose cost has been told and 20 lakhs, now I have nothing.
