Mr. Gulab Pandey Age 43 Yr Old Residing in Saital Kaudiram, A small village of Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh. Having 3 Kids age of below 15 year. he was working as a auto driver and his bad luck that last 8 months having health issues because of being to a small village, medicine facility was not good and his condition become critical and diagnosed having problem in Kidney. We consulted in Lucknow and started treatment and dialysis. After this planned to move to Mumbai for better treatment. Mumbai doctor confirmed that Kidney is not functioning properly and transplant is necessary. Because of poor background, facing 2 issues, 1st who will give the kidney and 2nd for arrangement of money for transplant. Responsibility of 3 Kids and a wife at this stage he has to fight for life. finally after discussion with doctors his mother is ready to give him kidney but they don’t have money for transplant becuase already spent lots of money to reach at this level of treatment.
