My name is Prem Kumar and I am here to fundraise for myself.

I have been diagnosed with both the kidney failure  ( IgA nephropathy ) in the year 2016 ,Oct and i was dialysis-ed  weekly thrice . I need kidney transplant to fully recover and to return a normal life , Which will cost around 20 lakhs.

Since both the Kidneys of mine got affected, dialysis is the only option now, so I'm undergoing dialysis treatment in Vikram Hospital, Bangalore, attached is the reports of mine .
