Yug Foundation is a Pune based NGO started by young volunteers from all walks of life to make a difference to our own City. Currently we are working for the School girl students studying between 7th to 10th Standard in all  government aided Schools.Our mission is to make Pune a 100% Sanitary napkin using city.
 
Most girl students studying in these schools cannot attend school due to the lack of sanitary hygiene. Girls  miss school for approximately 5-7 days every month leading to a major drop out of students. The reason of which is menstruation and the shame created around Nature’s Involuntary function.

As per the information provided so we are working towards the objective of making Pune a 100 % sanitary napkin using city.

As per our information, there are around forty thousand girl students in our city whom we aspire to reach out.
Of which every girl will receive 12 packets of sanitary napkins which will be useful to her for an entire year and she need not ask for it from her parents.

Each pack costs Rs 25. Hence  25 x 12=300 rs Therefore we accept donations in multiples of rs 300 as it supports one girl child.

We hope that the Campaign may help us in shaping the future of these girls and create excellent students from our city.
