My name is Pritha sen and I am here to fundraise for my friend, Shyamal Das.

Shyamal Das is 39 years old and is residing in Kolkata. was suffering from Kidney failure. The kidney was donated by Mrs. Shilpi Das, his sister-in-law, The total cost Of the
operation amounting to Rs. 3 lakhs were borne by the patient by borrowing from local moneylenders at a high rate of interest and also by borrowing from friends and relatives. Mr Shyamal Das comes off a very poor family with a modest financial background and is unable to repay the huge debt. There is constant pressure from the moneylenders which has led to
further deterioration of his health. He is the sole earning member from his family and is currently unable to continue his treatment. He has two children and the younger child is only two years old. The family is under great distress as they are facing Constant threat from moneylenders.

Under these circumstances, we appeal to everyone to donate as much as possible to save the life of Mr Shyamal Das. Which will cost 3,00,000 Lakhs.
