With due respect, I, SK Lalbabu Ali, an unfortunate and helpless brother, would like to bring the matter of deep grief into your kind attention that my only sister Salma Bibi, (aged 24)
wife of Sk Jan Muhammad is a permanent resident Matkatpur, P.S.-Kharagpur — Local in the district of Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal.

 she is suffering from “Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Le. Blood Cancer) Since February. Her disease was detected in
Midnapore Medical College & Hospital but to her dismay, she couldn’t get an empty seat there. We took her to the Maryland Nursing Home in Kolkata. There she was admitted on 06.02.2019 to 08.02.2019 and again on 16.02.2019 to 21.02.2019. The treatment was costly and we are
economically very poor and her husband is a Phuchka vendor and her whole family including her only 5-year-old son depends on his meager income. 

My sister was Pregnant but this deadly disease caused the mother to lose her child. A long course of treatment has made us economically unable to continue the treatment further. In such a state of economical shortness and mental trauma, my
family is on your door to get financial assistance from your fund so that we can get her admitted in reputed diagnostic centers like Tata Memorial Cancer Research Centre in Mumbai or Some other Cancer Treatment Centers for better treatment.
