My name is Rashmi and I am here to raise funds for my father, Madan Mohan Shukla, who met with an accident on 30 January 2019. In this accident there was bleeding in his lungs and serious injury impacted to both sides of the brain. Apart from that, his shoulders, left side ribs & upper jaw got fractured. Right now he is in the ICU in Lucknow Metrocity Hospital. We do not have enough funds as my brother suffered an accident a while back and all our funds were exhausted. 

We love him very much but we are currently lacking in terms of money and we don't want to lose him. We have only one option now, your support. Please help me and my family to give him a good treatment. You are the only hope we have. The expenses till today has been around Rs.1,20,000 and further treatment will cost around Rs.3,00,000. In this complete treatment there are 2 major operations to be done.
