My brother, Ankit aged 30  years has been diagnosed with Non-alcoholic Liver Cirrhosis . 

Initially, he had jaundice 2 years back for which he started treatment from a nearby clinic. Within a week he met with a road accident while returning from office, he was immediately taken to a trauma centre by some people. The doctors being unaware of his jaundice treatment gave him certain injections which affected his liver badly.That was the day where it all began. He could never recover from it. 

We changed the doctor with the hope that another doctor could help make him better. Instead, he further gave him abortion injections and his jaundice turned into liver cirrhosis. He could never get better after that. He has been continuously on treatments for 2 years and his health deteriorated further. 

My parents have spent lakhs of rupees on his treatment in these 2 years. My father is 59 years old serviceman who has used all his old age funds and savings on my brother's treatment. All our healthcare policies have been exhausted. The expenses till today has been around Rs. 9,09,058 (as on 03-01-2019). He needs an urgent liver transplant to fully recover which will cost more than Rs.10,00,000. He is on ventilator and the daily expense sums to Rs.1,00,000. He is being treated in Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi.
