Hi , I am 24 year old and was diagnosed with Wilson's disease and liver failure and need your help for life saving liver transplant expenses which I could not bear on my own or my father who is a small teacher in school . We somehow managed to get amount  from local lenders but can not return  their money unless we get any help from someone :( apart from liver transplant cost there is 30k per month cost of medicines after the transplant and request your help so that we can get out of this crisis .
