The following note has been translated  to English on behalf of Venkatesh (SriChakri's grandfather)

My name is Venkatesh. This is an appeal to raise funds for my grandson who is suffering from Thalassemia Major.

Till now we managed to support his treatment spending our savings and supported by our relatives.  But we have reached a stage where we cannot arrange the funds for a bone marrow transplant which is a permanent cure for him.

His father has refused to help and does not visit SriChakri now. The cost of bone marrow transplant will come to Rs.20 Lakhs. This campaign is created with the hope to receive support . 

Funds raised will only go towards his bone marrow transplant.
