ICUC - Indian Canine Upliftment Centre

    from New Delhi, Delhi

Tax benefits for INR donations will be issued by Indian Canine Upliftment Centre (ICUC

While our pure bred pooches find many adorers, their indigenous brothers, our 'Desis' are often overlooked. Equally beautiful, loving, and sturdy, they often fail to find equivalent affection.

ICUC is trying to change just that by stimulating attitudinal change. Indian Canine Upliftment Centre (ICUC) is a registered not for profit animal welfare organization dedicated to the care of homeless, abandoned, and rescued dogs and cats across Delhi and NCR. Their aim is to find 'forever' homes for these rescued animals and encourage people to adopt pets rather than buy them.

ICUC regularly organises and participates in various activities to spread awareness about Indian/ Desi canine adoptions.
In April 2017, ICUC hosted its own charity pet event known as ICUC pet fair, a two-day Pet Fair in Delhi with the agenda to raise funds for the organisation and provide a conducive platform to pet parents and animal lovers to come together and enjoy with their pets and other animals.

ICUC is now organizing the 2nd edition of this fair on 24-25th February with an intent of promoting the adoption of some desi little ones. The pet fair will be a combination of fun and engaging events for pets, pet parents and animal lovers. The top attraction will most certainly be the pen of Indie pups available for adoption or fostering.

While ICUC and its cohort of volunteers is trying to arrange for funds through sponsors, we are looking for support from all animal lovers to meet the expenses of organizing a successful event. The contribution will go towards:
1) Paying rent for arranging lawns for the event
2) Making basic infrastructural arrangement such as electricity, pen creation, puppy play area creation, etc.
3) Organizing awareness and educational activities, insta-meets and sessions to spread information about the event and the cause it stands for.

If you are a pet owner or would like to adopt a furry friend, we encourage you to visit this event. We also hope that as an animal lover, you will contribute to make this event a success for the little ones with paws.

Please do it - for the love of paws.. because all paws are equally lovable.
