Umesh Gaur, native of pali city rajasthan. First diagnosed 1999 when his right Kidney was damaged bcoz of doctor's negligence. That his second Kidney also got effected. In Nadiad hopefully other doctor's understood the case correctly and saved his second Kidney. There he was very well served by female staff nurse. She adored Umesh despite knowing his Kidney survival. And after long waiting they got married in 2005 and soon blessed with a daughter. Everyone was feeling relax until in 2013 Umesh's wife accidentally pass off again put in everybody in deep shock. There on Umesh health detoriated a much. In 2017's may month when Umesh hospitalized, Doctor's finally conclude he need a transplant. His elder sister's giving her Kidney. His real brother departed himself knowing medical expensiveness. And captured inheritance house also. Here Umesh need our desperate help so that he can stand on his own a couple of months later to Live with his ten year old daughter and his mother.
