This Diwali, Masterchef Finalist Is Feeding 1,000 street children

We at FoodDost have been serving a warm nutritious meal everyday to 500 kids since past 4 months. So far we have served 50,000+ meals to street children.

This campaign is in continuation of our previous campaign (https://milaap.org/campaigns/fooddost). Everyday, street kids (the hidden hungry of our city) sleep without adequate food. The social welfare schemes of our governments have failed to reach them.

All of us have sporadically donated money, food, clothes to the needy. Our campaign tries to channelise individual small donations during the period of Shraadh, Navratras, Karva Chauth, Diwali, Eid, Christmas and other occasions to bring Nutritional Guarantee to 1000 kids this year.

With the contribution, we aim to serve 1000 kids with a warm nutritious meal Everyday for the rest of this year. A well nourished child has a better chance of breaking the vicious circle of poverty and deprivation.

Each meal costs Rs 20/- The Meal includes a Staple (Rice or Rotis) plus Sabzi (Potato+Soya+Green Veg combined) plus Halwa / Banana / Muffin.

During the Diwali week, we shall continue to provide meals to the street children. Seeking your support to feed our children.
