ERIDE is a youth run, non-governmental organisation that helps technologically backward people become digitally literate. We are a team of young dedicated volunteers who strive to support the growing need and desire among the rural masses to be a part of modern digital India via hands-on practical training.
Our efforts are channelized to impart digital literacy to as many rural people as possible across various cities of the nation and provide them a platform to help themselves using smart devices, thereby promoting the importance of education and eliminating the digital divide.
Through this fundraiser, we aim to invest this money to provide rural people infrastructure to enable the experience of personal hands on learning through using tablets. Our entities are currently established in Indore, Bangalore and Vellore and our ongoing operations of expansion in other cities of the country would require funds for smooth functioning, maintenance and purchase of infrastructure (mainly tablets), and buffer savings for future activities, marketing and operations required to reach out to as many rural people as possible and change their lives with a digital touch.
