Why am I fundraising?

hello caring hearts , its time when we need to get together to help our brother whose name is R.KANNAN who resides in vadipatti . KANNAN  has been affected by kidney failure and he is right now on regular dialysis . he is admitted in madurai meenakshi hospital , madurai . he belongs to a poor family where his mother and fathr are striving hard and fighting against the problems all alone .they don't have sufficient money to let dialysis proceed in future . another sad news is that , KANNAN cannot be donated with a kidney due to medical reasons .  so he needs to stay on regular dialysis for lifelong for survival .  

What do I plan to do with the funds?

Try to be as transparent as possible.Help the boy to the greatest extent.
