This the letter
My name is Shobha Kandal and my vision is to help single mother families with a sustainable source of income that can regenerate.
Here is the story:

The inspiration for the support grew in my heart when I was 17 years old and on a village outreach along with my dad. We visited around 7 villages in a week where I came across almost 70 single mother families and I was moved and felt compassion in my heart seeing these families who lived in a very unstable condition. My passion to help them grew every day strengthening into this project. Also, the stories of my sisters who are single mothers who are raising their kids in institutional orphanages. As of me being adopted into a family that took care of me and raised me to know the importance of a family and the emotional impact it has.
In doing this project I want to be able to break the chain of institutional orphanages and support mothers to support and raise their children close to them.

How?
In villages, dairy products are a good and liable source of income. I would like to help 10 single mother families with cows that they can use for dairy products. This will help them generate income every month and since their source of income is the cow they will be responsible for taking care of it.

How can this project self-sustain?
The families that are provided with a cow will pay back the price for which the cow was bought for through a small percentage of their monthly income. The money paid back will be used to buy a cow for other families and this cycle will continue.  

How can you help?
You can donate towards my fundraiser through financial support or through much-needed prayers. Each cow costs about 45,000 INR so after the math, for 10 families, I would have to raise a total of 4,50,000 INR. Any amount given will be solely used for this project alone. And every little count.
