The coronavirus pandemic has brought the global economy to a standstill and plunged the world into a recession that will be "way worse" than the global financial crisis a decade ago.
Many governments have effectively frozen social and economic activity in all or parts of their countries to contain the outbreak. The world’s workers are reeling from the initial shock of the coronavirus recession, with job losses and welfare claims around the globe already running into the millions.
As the International Labour Organization warns of almost 25 million layoffs if the virus isn’t controlled, the cuts from Austria to the U.S. reflect the deepest peacetime recession since the 1930s as economies are frozen to beat the pandemic.
Which leads to depression and suicides.

So, we are at Sasandha Foundation, raising the fund to help laid off employees in all the possible ways to transit and survive from the layoff trauma. this Employee-Mutual-Care-Fund is to help the impacted individuls by all possible means to survive the layoffs. Few of the activities are listed below. 

1. Helping to arrange the counselling
2. Helping to get right guidance on upskilling to get back to new job
3. Helping to purchase grocery for needy 
4. Helping to pay their children school fees for needy
5. Helping to pay their house rent for needy
6. Helping to deal with their medical emergency 

This is a 100% not-for-profit campaign, and we will disclose the disbursement progress of the fund in a transparent way. This will be shared with all contributors at the end of the campaign, along with regular updates.
