I am a Training and content development professional. My true passion is the enable people in general and children in particular to get excited about the amazing process of self discovery.

After spending more than a decade in the corporate world, I realised the absolute lack of sincerity in people about education. This apathy was affecting the focus on education shifting fro discovery to crass  materialistic narrow objectives.

I realised that there is a giant lacuna when it comes to the process of purposeful education for the school going children in india, and the gap was even wider when we looked at rural and semi urban india.

My intention is to create a scalable viable education framework which may be implemented within the current school education setups in india.

THe framework will focus mainly on enabling creation of more quality educators and informed parents. The framework will seek to encourage a more open learning style rather than the rote learning, or template based learning practised in most schools in the country
