Our daughter Nishita, 11 years old studying in Grade '6' is a very gifted girl who is bright, bold and multi-talented studying in Narayana Olympiad school. She is good at academics. In particular science is her favorite subject. She is also very interested in drawing, painting, music and table tennis portraying her multi-dimensional side. She always gives her best in anything she participates and has won many competitive exams, drawing and oration competitions.
She aspires to become a doctor and to serve in a village. Being a little girl, she is motivated to do this because she says there are plenty of doctors in the city to serve the middle and higher class but the need is at a more basic level area with lesser facilities like in villages.
To ensure that our daughter gets to follow her dreams, we got her enrolled in a good school - Narayana E-techno School. This year, due to her hard work and talent, she became the school topper and got admission in Narayana Olympiad School where they provide excellent education. In this school, they give attention to every student and train them for further competitive exams without any external coaching classes.
Unfortunately, an incident occurred in our family where my husband met with a major road accident and is not in a condition to run his a travel agency. I am working as an office assistant where I earn Rs.15000 per month. Now my family runs with my earnings with which we are managing our households and medicine expense of my husband and mother (she suffers from diabetic and heart problem).
At this very crucial stage of life, it is very difficult for me to run my family because I have to take care of my husband, mother-in-law and my daughter. With my entire family burden on my shoulders I fight every day holding up my self-confidence. I feel the only way to give meaning to this life is by fulfilling my daughters dreams. I strongly believe it is the only reason for me to fight to live life. I am now trying to fetch a job which can pay me more. I am working hard towards it. But I don’t think it would be sufficient for my daughter’s educational expense. Considering our family situation, we would be very thankful if by God’s grace anyone would lend a helping hand to educate my daughter. Required amount is 1.5 lakhs. Even you small donations will make a big difference.
