Dear Enablers,

We at Teach for India  Chennai are bringing over Dramebaaz. Dramebaaz is an initiative started by 2014 Hyderabad fellows Prasanth Nori and Soumya Kavi that uses theatre to empower students with the essential life skills to become confident and creative agents of social change.  In Bangalore, Dramebaaz impacted 285 children and worked with 18 schools to create magic and some beautiful stories!
We Teach for India Chennai truly believe that there is amazing potential here at Chennai, where kids adore and practically live movies!! Student leadership, creativity, confidence, collaboration and self esteem are just some of the life skills that we at Dramebaaz aim to build in children.

Why of Dramebaaz?

Dramebaaz aims to integrate theater and dramatics into our children's lives and provide them with a platform to express themselves constructively and creatively. We further wish that this event brings in a spirit of collaboration between fellows, children, schools, parents and other stakeholders by providing a common goal to work towards. 

How does Dramebaaz work?           



So the final showcase is scheduled for March 18th. The event is taking place at Kerala Vidyalam Higher Secondary School at EVR Lane , Poonamalee High Road.  the location is enclosed below.
