I'm Sravanthi Kasaram, aged 29 years from Hyderabad. I'm a happy house wife and I have a cute little daughter aged 5 years.
I have been suffering from Diabetes since past 4-5 years. I have been undergoing regular treatment and was under constant medication for the same. However, this didn't work and no result.
I have consulted various Specialists in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai. Finally the doctors have examined me and concluded that there is NO INSULIN in my body due to  pancreatic problem. This is called LADA INSULIN dependent Diabetes. Due to which I face severe headache, nerves pains, body pains, drowzy/dizziness and other health issues.

The solution for the problem is I have to take daily insulin by attaching an external insulin pump to my body, which act as artificial pancreas. This pump costs around Rs. 2.25 Lakh (Invoice attached).
However, I require more funds for the surgery which needs to be performed as per the doctors advice. This will be around 4 lakh which will include the insulin pump charges, hospital charges, doctor charges, investigations, medications and other post hospitalisation expenses.

Hence, I kindly request you all to help me out and save me from this. I have a little daughter whom i am really worried about. I would be really thankful through my entire life.
