Hello Everyone!
I am Shreya Patidar, a student of grade 11. I like doing community service and help the ones in need.
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit India, it caused havoc in the whole country. As a matter of fact, only 1.2%-1.3% of the GDP of India is contributed to the health services of our country and the states.
The government took many steps to combat the virus and to stop the spread of the infection as much as possible.
However, Delhi being such a big city, it was not quite easy. Even though the Delhi government was saying that the situation was under control, the ground reality was very different. This global pandemic has affected and destroyed more lives around us than we’ll ever know. It is disturbing but also the reality which we might not face directly but still exists.
With the funds collected through this, I would like to distribute Covid aid-masks, sanitizers, oximeters, zinc and vitamin medicines, to the needy.
It is my sincere request to everyone reading this, kindly donate whatever you can for this initiative. Even a small amount matters. Apart from this, I would like everyone to look around them and help the underprivileged in any way possible. It makes a huge difference in their lives!
