Mrs Chowramma, aged 58, has spinal cord perimedullary AV Fistula with venous hypertension and spinal cord swelling with paraplegia and urinary incontinence with constipation.

As she needs urgent endovascular embolization of fistula to relieve venous congestion and to reverse the paraplegia and to avoid spinal cord infarct.

Mrs Chowramma is from an underprivileged family. She has one son, who is struggling to meet ends and is desperately looking for funds to do this procedure for his mother. Mrs Chowramma is suffering chronic pain due to this, and her life is a living hell. If the surgery is not done immediately she may be get paralyzed.
