Fund the school fees and food expenses of less privileged kids!!
Details:
I visited a place run by a poor lady who gives free shelter, education (school fees and travel fees), food and clothing to around 20 poor lesser privileged children both boys and girls in Madhupur, Jharkhand. The place runs mainly on donations. She does not have enough money to buy clothes, food, books and sports equipment for the kids (cost break up provided below).
Seeing her selfless service to the orphaned kids really moved me and I think we the better privileged could contribute to provide basic education and sports facilities to these kids.

Cost Break Up:
School fees and travel Rs5500 for kids in private schools quarterly. Some kids go to private schools and receipts are available. Names of schools attached.
School Books: required once a year in march Rs 6000 annualDevelopment Fees: Rs3500 annual
Total: Around Rs. 40,000-50000 annually.
Total number of kids: 20 (age range 3 years to one student who is doing Bachelors of Arts now.) list of children with their age is available if required.
Sports Equipment: they currently do not have any sports equipment not even a big ball for kids to play with.
Appeal for contribution:
Please contribute in any small amount you can for these orphaned and underprivileged kids. Minimum donation Rs500 or 10 dollars.
I am doing whatever I can to help them at a personal level but with our hands joined together we can make a real difference. We are one of the most educated people I know and if not we, then who? Make it your good deed for the day.
