Dear All,
Susama Maity, a 5 year old girl hailing from Kolkata is currently fighting a battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL), which is a rare form of Blood Cancer .
Her father used to work as a cleaner in housekeeping services and used to earn a meagre salary of Rs 10000/month. They have spent all the savings they had and also had taken loan from the known/unknown ones for the treatment of Susama.
Susama's father had to leave his job for the ongoing treatment of Susama at Mumbai since Feb, 2017.
"Susama's father : I am feeling helpless as a father that I am unable to treat my ailing daughter..! I don't know what to do. I wish I had money...!!"
Current Situation
It's been almost a year since her treatment is going at Tata Memorial Hospital and she has successfully undergone all the chemotherapy sessions with the support of Tata Memorial Charitable trust.
Currently, she along with the parents has to travel to Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai every 4 weeks for her post chemotherapy checkups and treatment which is expected to continue for next 2 years.
Although by God's grace and with the blessings of all the supporters, health of Susama has improved but family has suffered/is suffering a lot financially and needs the help of people like "YOU" to help support them at the moment and continue Susama's treatment.
