Why Am I Fundraising?

My name is Gopalakrishnan. I hail from Theni disctrict. My 15-year-old son was diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014. With much difficulty, we started his treatment. He was undergoing chemotherapy till now but in February 2016, his cancer relapsed.

I am a lorry driver. My wife's family is extremely poor and there is no one to support us. My relatives have not visited us since the day they knew my son has cancer. He fear I will ask them for help.

Chandra Prakash is now undergoing chemotherapy in Meenakshi Mission Hospital, Madurai but he is in the danger of relapse again. He needs to undergo a bone marrow transplant. Doctors have found a matched donor for this transplant. The expenses come to 20 lakhs.
