It started with friendship. Chandan and Kundan are friends. Kundan works as a gate-man in railway and is posted at Panipat. Chandan visited his friend's place of posting for his own railway exam. At the fatal day, Chandan accompanied his friend to his work where 3 goons arrived and ordered to open the gates of railway crossing. Kundan refused to open the same as train was scheduled to pass in few minutes. At these the goons starting beating the two and when they could not satiate their anger and ego they tried to behead Chandan and hit him badly at his neck. Kundan tried to save his childhood friend. The goons turned towards him and cut his hands.

Kundan, a railway employee, is being treated at a delhi based hospital on the railways expenses but Chandan who is poor and unemployed is waiting for a proper treatment.
