We the residents of HM Tambourine, Kanakapura Road are passionate towards supporting our country in many ways. I am one among other social activist of the apartment/area. This project is initiated to support the government school in various activities listed below, Along with us other residents of the area like Purva Belmont, Temple trees etc will join us in towards this purpose. Some work which we have done in our area is already listed here,
Social Activities
1. Volunteered as an activist for our Apartment Complex as well as a Garbage black spot in our area, focusing on Waste Segregation Management /Disposal, as well as Removal of black spot.
2.Volunteered with Ensyde in Edrive waste collection in Jayanagar area
3.Lead the Edrive campaign with help of Kids @ HM Tambourine, Kanakpura Road and collected 244 Kgs of waste
4.Volunteered with Saahas Zero Waste in Garbage as well as plastic ban drive in Gandhi Bazaar area

About the Project
GOVERNMENT MODEL PRIMARY SCHOOL JARAGANAHALLI, W No 186, BENGALURU U SOUTH, Karnataka (INDIA), PIN Code: 560078 is situated on Kanakapura Road, is a boon to many domestic workers in the area, whose children are studying in this school.
The residents of neighbourhood apartment HM Tambourine Jaraganahalli,  plan to initiate an event on 14th Nov 2018  which comprises of the following.
1. Awareness Camp on waste management - Skit by Saahas team
2. Donate cupboards/shelves to school - They are in dire need of the same.
3. Support and Guide the School in the journey to initiate and attain status of " Swachh Vidyalaya"

Note:- Our Apartment association has purchased a cupboard as donation to the school 

Funds generated will be utilized as below:-
1, Cupboard to store valuables - 1 no  INR 8000
2. Distribution of sweets to 280 children - 1500
3.  Rest of the funds will be utilized to support the school to activities related to making it  "Swaach Vidyalaya"
