More than 200,000 Hindu Pilgrims visit Gangasagar in the month of January every year. People from all corners of India reach the place for The Holy bath at the place.
People take lot of pain in the cold winter to reach the destination and stay there without proper facilities until their rituals are over. The tough situation makes lot of them fall sick and need medical care.
Every Year, we, Bhukailash Welfare Centre, located in Kolkata, set up our free Health Camps and emergency hospital Camps along with our team of doctors, nurses, helping boys and girls at Gangasagar during this period to help the needy.
We also arrange for emergency medicines as much as possible. We try our level best to provide medical assistance to the pilgrims without charging them a paisa.
This year, we also intend to set up our free health check-up and medicine camp in Gangasagar for the visiting pilgrims.
Hence, we request you all to share as much as possible for you, so that we can accumulate a fund of approximately Rupees 20 Lakhs for arranging medicines, doctors, helpers, beds, etc.
This is the first time we are using this online medium with a lot of hope.
