Hi, I am dharmesh from Surat, a case of metabolic syndrome - obesity, went for laparoscopic sleeve gastretomy on 1-3-2019, rs 2 lakhs need to re admitted again with complain of abdominal pain and discomfort  and re-exploration on 7-3-19 6 lakhs for repair  of ischemic leak from fundus with SASI bypass done but again failer.now i am in Indore mohan bariatric and robotic hospital from last 3 month and operation estimated over 18 lakhs my parents can't afford the amount of operation pls hep....
Since then condition is following.
Examination Showed fever,severe tachycardia-pulse-170/min,hypotension-70 systolic,spo2-93%tachycardia,RS-air entry decreased in lower zones,P/A-distension,dress wound blood and biles from drains. investigaitions here showed cbc-12.1/6700/11200,s.creat-1.5, s.ele-159.5.0/122, s.bill -1.38/1.05, SGPT- 110,SGOT-247,ALP-59,GGT-50.6,s.albumin-2.1 PT/INR-17.1,1.39,aPTT-26.9/30,G6PD-30min,2DECHO s/o normal,ecg-sinus tachycardia, he had fever hence blood culture was send.

hope you guys help us this matter as its very important person of our family and his father doing job work and hardly run daily family life. hope for get some fund soon.
