Story
The monotony of a 9-5 job, the constant thinking of "my purpose" and quite a lot of thinking and over thinking - Where do you guess these things would take you? Indulging and acting upon these thoughts I applied for the Teach For India fellowship and was transported into a classroom of 35 super enthusiastic and adorable 3rd graders in Goripalya.
2 weeks into the school I discovered that school was more of a midday meal platform and not a learning space for my kids. In an attempt to create an interesting learning environment and to make education fun , my kids and I have started raising funds to build the best classroom and subsequently the best school ever.
What we currently require are beginner level books (Dr.Suess, LadyBird etc) to inculcate the love for reading in my kids, support with stationery and other resources.
We would really appreciate if you could be a part of this process in making our classroom vibrant and creating a safe learning space.
