Maryam Osmani is 7-year-old girl who suffered from Aplastic anaemia and bone marrow failure who had bone marrow transplant from her brother.
For family it was a financial challenge but were very happy for last 7 months but recently she had fever and her blood counts and platelets have fallen dramatically .
her blood show still she has the donor but percentage reduced from 90 percent to 15percent.

she needs heavy immunosuppression and donor Lymphocyte infusion she can be rescued. Survival is difficult with out this treatment now.
family have run out off money and looking for some help.
cost estimated is 5 Lakhs. hospital management agreed to help with 40% bill reductions.
