முதற்கட்டமாக ஈரோடு மற்றும் நாமக்கல்லை மையமாகக்கொண்டு, பிச்சைக்காரர்கள் இல்லாத ஊராக உருவாக்கும் பணியில் ஈடுபட்டுவருகிறார் நவீன்குமார். 'அட்சயம்' என்ற அமைப்பின் மூலமாக பிச்சைக்காரர்களை (யாசகர்களை) அந்நிலையிலிருந்து மீட்டுவருகிறார். யாசகர்கள் அற்ற தாயகம் படைக்க அட்சயம் அறக்கட்டளை 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து செயல்பட்டு வருகின்றது.இதுவரை 2602 யாசகர்களை சந்தித்து 311 நபர்களுக்கு மறுவாழ்க்கை வழங்கி உள்ளோம்.

மேலும் அதிக அளவில் யாசகர்களை மீட்டெடுத்து மறுவாழ்வு கொடுக்க நிதிவுதவி வேண்டியுள்ளது. இந்த நிதி திரட்டல் மூலமாக கிடைக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு ரூபாயும் பல்வேறு விதமான யாசகர்களை மாற்ற ஆதரவற்றோர்களின் வாழ்வில் ஒளி ஏற்ற உங்களின் பங்கு அளிப்பிற்காக வேண்டுகின்றோம்.

உங்களின் உதவி கரம் கையேந்தும் கைகளை உழைக்கும் கரங்களாக மாற்றட்டும்.வாடிய முகங்களை புண்ணகை தவழும் முகமாக மாற்றட்டும்.

This campaign has been initiated for beggar rehabilitation. Every weekend Naveen Kumar along with the group of volunteers will do their fieldwork like taking a survey of beggars, cleansing them, providing medical treatments and completely rehabilitate them. So far they have counseled around 2689 beggars across 8 districts in Tamilnadu and have successfully rehabilitated 314 persons.

He has been awarded the National Youth Award for the year 2015-16. The initiated campaign amount is 3 lakhs for the Rehabilitation camp to be held in erode but we couldn't make it up. At present they need funds.
