My name is Sunil Kumar, we live in Bhim Nagar, Ghaziabad. In some medical examination of my younger brother Ashok Kumar (25 years), we came to know that both of his kidneys have failed and have been on dialysis from the last 4 months. Now he is very weak to work and in this condition only kidney transplant is the only one option left.
We have tested kidneys of all our family members but only our mother’s (43 years) kidney got matched and she is ready to give her kidney to save her son. Even after knowing the risks associated with one kidney at this age, she is ready to take this risk.
All of our savings have ended in his multiple visits to I.C.U. and his stay on the ventilator, hospital expenses, dialysis and medical examination. But now we have nothing left and we do not want to let him die like this. I will make every effort to keep my brother alive.
The cost of operation or kidney transplant of my brother's kidneys is about Rs 10 lakhs and it is not possible to arrange the necessary funds for us. His operation or kidney transplant is required to be done as soon as possible. We need to raise the fund in 30 days.

मेरा नाम सुनील कुमार है, हम भीम नगर, गाजियाबाद में रहते हैं। मेरे छोटे भाई अशोक कुमार (25 साल) की कुछ मेडिकल जांच में, हमें पता चला कि उनके दोनों गुर्दे असफल हो गए हैं और पिछले 4 महीनों से डायलिसिस पर हैं। अब वह काम करने के लिए बहुत कमजोर है और इस स्थिति में केवल किडनी प्रत्यारोपण ही एकमात्र विकल्प बचा है।
हमने अपने परिवार के सभी सदस्यों के गुर्दे का परीक्षण किया है, लेकिन केवल हमारी मां (43 वर्ष) के गुर्दे से मेल खाती है और अपने बेटे को बचाने के लिए वो अपनी इच्छा से किड्नी देने के लिए तैयार है। इस उम्र में एक गुर्दे से जुड़े जोखिमों को जानने के बाद भी, वह इस जोखिम को लेने के लिए तैयार है।
हमारी अपनी सारी जमा पूंजी उसके कई हफ्तों तक आईसीयू और वेंटिलेटर पर रहने के कारण हॉस्पिटल खर्च, डाइलिसिस और मेडिकल टेस्ट में ख़त्म हो गयी है | लेकिन अब हमारे पास कुछ भी नहीं बचा है और हम उसे इस तरह मरने नहीं देना चाहते हैं। मैं अपने भाई को जिंदा रखने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करूंगा।
मेरे भाई के गुर्दे के ऑपरेशन या किडनी प्रत्यारोपण की लागत करीब 10 लाख रुपये है और हमारे लिए आवश्यक धनराशि की व्यवस्था करना संभव नहीं है। उनके ऑपरेशन या किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट को जल्द से जल्द किया जाना आवश्यक है। हमें 30 दिनों में फंड जुटाने की जरूरत है। कृपया मेरी मदद करें मैं आपके लिए बहुत आभारी रहूंगा।
