Ashish is facing oral cancer and is going through treatment at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata under the supervision of Dr. Shaikat Gupta. The Apollo Hospital has done a major operation named Commando Operation and reconstruction of the affected area on 4th of July 2018 under a package of Seven Lakh and Seventy Thousand, which includes other operative assistance and operative medication. Other than this, a pre-operative PET-CT scan was done, which was billed Twenty Seven Thousand.
Till now we have cleared due of PET-CT scan and have paid Forty Thousand on the day of admission for the treatment. Moreover, we have placed a cheque of Four Lakh only, which is expected to get cleared till Tuesday. Yet, due of Three Lakh Thirty Thousand is to be cleared. For any other query, I have attached all supportive documents with this mail.
