Hello everyone ! Today I will be talking about the very important topic going on “Menstrual Hygiene” topic which remains in the talks every time and which is necessary that each and every person should know about it. It is high time  now that people are being running away to talk about Menstrual Hygiene. Million of girls and women’s have their menstrual cycle on regular basis but problem occurs when  are excluded from many things , like they are differentiated from other people present their. People should now understand this that this is a natural process from which each and every women goes through. It’s not like anybody is forcing them its a process which is natural and women , girls don’t think about it much but people around them make them think much more. This is the problem of people nowadays but all should understand that it’s a natural bodily function which helps them from many things rather harm them. Periods are natural and don’t discriminate between people like rich and poor but people make these discriminations which means that their mentality is very low level. People who think that periods are bad and excludes women and girls from so many things they are really illiterate.  These people don’t care anyone emotions. I am here talking about this topic as each and every girl goes through it. It’s a topic that everyone should have knowledge. In my opinion in schools , colleges and at work also there should be awareness about periods and many more things which people hesitate to talk about.  Periods should be normalised and  we should taught our children’s at young age only about these things so that they don’t have to think any wrong things in their mind in future. Let’s be a great public and support in this matter as much as we can and not be influenced from stupid mentality people. Periods are not too weird or inappropriate to talk about. Knowledge is thing which should be shared it is said that person who has knowledge can win in every situation
