Life is a cycle of many ups and downs. Nobody has a slightest of idea as to what life may throw at you at any point of time , but to stand firm and shrug off those rough punches will definitely propel you to greater things. Similar is the case with our very own Mr. Arindam Jagati (ME-4TH Year Kalyani Govt. Engg. College) who has been diagnosed with both side kidney failure. His family's annual income is around Rs. 25000/- only. The indication started to come in the year 2013 when stones were found in his kidney but the doctors saw fit to stick to medication instead of doing an operation. Situation was back to normal until the same problem resurfaced, this time with bigger consequences .It was on November 2016 that his family was made aware of this heart wrecking news that their son had fallen prey to kidney failures. Imagine the state of him and his parents, all those hopes and aspirations shattered into million pieces.  But they have been brave so far and all they need is a little support from our part. To make matters worse the test report of Arindam’s father has come negative so a new donor needs to be found and quickly too as his health is deteriorating quickly. With the cost of treatment being 6-8 Lakhs and the donor yet to be found and add to that the fact that he is undergoing regular dialysis (twice per week) we can conclude that his future hangs in balance. With him being in such a precarious situation it is our duty to help him to the best of our capabilities. So friends why don’t we come together and contribute in whatever way we can to save this young soul who has innumerable things yet to achieve. Any financial support will be greatly appreciated. To find the right match for his kidney an ad has been put in the local bengali newspaper- Anandbazaar Patrika (2nd page) on 22nd jan 2017 regarding the essential requirements for donor.
