I am Aditi Shakya from Gwalior. Currently, I’m pursuing BcomLLB from the Institute of Law Jiwaji University Gwalior. I am working for Hamari Pahchan NGO as a volunteer and I am working on the cause of Menstrual Hygiene because due to gender inequality, discriminatory social norms, cultural taboos, poverty, lack of basic services like toilets and sanitary products can all cause menstrual health and hygiene problems to the women.
2.Sukhad project is a project for women’s who suffer from menstrual hygiene and health interventions can help overcome these obstacles. That’s why I choose it because it affects attendance in school s and participation in community life.
It compromises their safety, causing additional stress and anxiety. These challenges are particularly a acute in humanitarian crises.
After all This world of ours women's right. It is not that women should not be allowed to do anything during menstrual period. We have a lot of restrict here, so this things should end from our place.
3.Mensuration is one of the vital processes of women’s body which deserves utmost caution and self care ensuring proper hygiene during mensuration, and eating right is the key to ease the pain you to through. We can help these women’s by giving some tips and we can also do some by telling from their health related.
1.Change your sanitary napkin every 4-6 hours.
2.Wash yourself properly.
3.Stick to one method of sanitation.
4.Discard the sanitary napkins properly.
5.Don’t use soaps or vagina hygiene products.
6.Drinking lots of water and avoid alcohol and cigarettes.
4.We also accept the same from other peoples that at such times we should help women for list of we should give them women equality and should not do that if they are.
Is going on, then we should not allow them to worship or let them in kitchen go or is or if anything works, then we should not them to refuse and people shouldn’t do it. If the time of period so people’s mentality is that we can’t touch to that person.
People should always take motivation that yes, it happens with everyone . happening with you too. This is not a big deal or it is normal every girl, or women have to this thing.
Some statistics of menstrual women’s are in may 2021 41.4% women in India had irregular gap in menstrual periods and 26.6% women did nothing about irregularities in their menstrual cycle. While another 35.4% women only discussed with it with mother’s and friend’s and 38% women’s consult with doctor and 38% women got their first menstrual cycle period.
